Surabaya – The Department of Educational Technology, State University of Surabaya together with the Bachelor of Science In Entertainment And Multimedia And Computing (BSEMC), Philippines collaborated in procuring a student exchange training program. In this program, an international class was held with the theme of digital storytelling with Dr. Irena Yolanita Maureen, S.Pd., M.Sc. and Hirnanda Dimas Pradana, S.Pd., M.Pd. as a mentor for this class. This training activity took place from July 18 to August 1 with a total of 10 participants, of which 5 were from Unesa TP students and 5 others were from Bachelor of Science In Entertainment And Multimedia And Computing. (BSEMC), Philippines. This international class takes place online via zoom and flipgrid. Even so, the activity continued smoothly and conducively with an active class atmosphere. The activity took place like a class in general, starting with the provision of material by the mentor and assignments at the end of the material. In this international class that carries the theme of digital storytelling, student participants are asked to make a story design which is then recorded through the Flipgrid platform and collected via Google Drive. Not only that, story designs that have been made and recorded by student participants are also displayed at the end of this international class training program meeting. Sherly.
